Cadre magnifique, prestations à revoir

Nous y avons séjourné en famille pour le week-end de Pentecôte. 1er couac, sur le contrat, il est indiqué que le ménage est inclus, et finalement le propriétaire nous indique une erreur de copié-collé et nous indique somme de 150 €. De plus, ménage une fois arrivé pas top, par ancien locataire surement ( four très sale, VMC pleines de poussières, nombreuses toiles d'araignée), 2 transats cassés, herbe très haute (pas pu profiter du terrain). pour infos, les photos de la terrasse datent ( car la table est plus toute neuve et sol terrasse abimé) Dommage car la station est sympa, à 5 minutes en voiture du sommet du col de la madeleine

Bonjour, Merci pour vos commentaires sur Trip Advisor même si vous n'avez pas réservé par cette plateforme. Surprenant tout de même...Peut-être n'êtes vous pas non plus aussi irréprochable... La personne en charge de l'entretien et de la remise des clés ne nous a pas tout à fait donné la même version...Tous nos locataires sont en général ravis de leurs séjour et reviennent régulièrement. Je vous conseille pour la prochaine fois, de réserver des locations de très haut standing pour que cela puisse correspondre à vos attentes et exigences. Je vous souhaite néanmoins une excellente journée.
