Recently refurbished beautiful South west facing 1 bedroom (air con)apartment with afternoon and early evening suns, on the first floor of JUPITER / MINERVA Complex overlooking the massive tropical style pool/gardens and mountains.This 1 bedroom apartment is adjoining our studio apartment (ref 614050 on this web-site)which in return will provide an ideal accommodation for a large family or two couples.The pool situated in a secured area and is protected by life guards during the high and peak seasons. In the complex itself there is a 24 hour English speaking reception, Bureau De Change, safe deposite box hire, hairdressers, supermarket, poolside bar and shops. 'CHEAP LONG TERM WINTER LETS AVAILABLE' FROM NOV - MAY !!!!! ...

Lovely Apartment /Excellent Location

Lovely recently refurbished clean and spacious apartment in a great location. Fantastic views from the balcony and close to local amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mo

Very poor accommodation.

We usually take an Autumn break in Benidorm but for a change went to Benalmadena. We booked this 1 bedroom apartment online and it looked good on paper, It did not live up to its billing at all, when we arrived the reception and check in was fine but on entering the apartment were soon very disillusioned, 1 bath towel 1 hand towel and an assortment of very shabby bedding which was at least clean. I went to reception and they supplied me with extra towels. The kitchen had very limited equipment and the tiles on the floor and walls are cracked and dirty. It was quite cold in the evenings I know this is not the fault of the landlord but the heater did not work I phoned the man in UK and he assured me he would rectify this (he did nothing) we managed to borrow a fan heater so we're ok no thanks to the owner. All in all this place is old and worn and not to be recommended.

Thanks for your review ,it's well noted and I have given instructions to our Spanish agent to upgrade the entire apartment fixtures and fittings and the apartment has now undergone a major refit. Sorry for the inconvenience !!

Arroyo De La Miel - Tree lined avenues,shops,tapas bars and businesses, away from the tourist area , this is part of the real spain where the locals live and work. Paloma Park - A beautiful landscaped park , 3-4 minutes walk to Jupiter complex ,with alarge lake, various animal enclosures and aviaries. Tivoli World - Theme park in arroyo.loads of rides and entertainment for all ages. Arroyo Cable Car - Fantastic views of torremolinos, benalmadena,fuengirola coastline and with donkey rides at the top. Arroyo Market - Every friday next to tivoli world. Water Parks - There are two water parks ,one in torremolinos and one at fuengirola. Rail Service - There is an excellent and inexpensive rail service along the coast between malaga and fuengirola. Gibraltar Trips - Regular bus trips from outside Jupiter/Minerva complex, take about 90 minutes. Benalmadena Marina - Definitely worth a visit .Has excellent bars and restaurants where you can enjoy ameal and take in the views. The new Selwo & Dolphinarium - loads of sea creatures,seals,dolphins and penguins. Bonanza Square - Opposite Jupiter/Minerva complex and offers a large number of bars,restaurants?

How to get there

Fly to malaga airport ,and then taxi to Jupiter complex ,Bonanza Square, benalmadena ,will cost approximately 25 Euros. Alternatively there is a rail service from malaga airport to Arroyo de la miel train station every 30 minutes,Bonanza Square is about 10 minutes walk from the train station.There is also a taxi service available from the train station to the complex at 5 Euros.
