A lovely modernised two bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building with restricted views towards the sea and beautiful views of the mountains. Centrally located in a quiet residential area of Benalmádena Costa. The apartment building is close to both Ibensa and Bonanza Square. The marina is just a fifteen minute walk. Near to the train station at Arroyo de la Miel. Nearest beach just eight minutes walk away. There is an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all close by. The apartment is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave/grill, four ring halogen hob, full size oven, canopy extractor, fridge/freezer and plenty of crockery, kings pattern cutlery and utensils and saucepans. There’s a toaster, kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine and sandwich toaster. We provide iron, ironing board and hair drier. For your security there is a safe in the apartment. The two bedrooms are of a good size, one double with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobe, one twin with two single beds and fitted wardrobe and orthopaedic mattresses. The renovated bathroom has wc, vanity unit, towel warmer and full size bath with rainshower and attachment over the bath. There is an extendable dining table and rattan chairs. The living room has a comfortable suite and white furniture. The balcony gets the afternoon sun and has a sun blind if you want to block it out and has comfortable rattan chairs and a table. The tv receives lots of UK channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Skyetc...) There is a tv in the lounge and in the double bedroom both with their own receivers. We provide all linen and towels for your stay and we can provide beach towels too on request. Please inform us if you want pool/beach towels. If you wish to hire a car, we recommend Helle Hollis, please let us know if you are going to hire a car as you can avail of a 15%discount. There is a car park which requires a fob to open the gate, we require a €50 refundable deposit for this. The resort is suitable for people of all ages. There's plenty to see and do, whether you want to rest and laze by the pool or watch a dolphin show to having a picnic in the local park. The local public transport system is excellent and you can take day trips to other towns and cities for low prices. We have tried to make the apartment as home from home so from the moment you open the door you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

We were 4 people spending 10 days in September 2015 in this apartment. The apartment accommodated us perfectly and the owners were very kind and welcoming. The balcony had a little table and chairs so we could eat there and meanwhile enjoy a view to the sea and the beautiful neighborhood. The complex has a pool and it is a 5 minute walk down to the beach. A supermarket was just across the street and there were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Although we didn’t cook often, the kitchen was well equipped and contained everything a 4 people household demands.
All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

About the neighbourhood
We have in the region of 320 sunny days a year. Benalmádena is a place for all. It is well known for being hilly but the local public transport is excellent and if you’re very unsteady on your feet you can hire mobility scooters.
The resort of Benalmadena Costa is split in to three areas, Costa - the coast - this is the area that runs along the front and slightly inland, then you come to the working village of Arroyo de la Miel where you’ll witness the locals going about their everyday jobs and further inland you have the original Benalmadena, aptly called Benalmadena Pueblo.
We are so lucky to have so many wonderful European blue flag beaches close by and our nearest beach is only an eight minute walk away.
Getting around
The local trains and buses run excellent services. If you are likely to be using the buses a lot we recommend getting a bus card. Call to the local tobacconist and for €1.80 you have your card and you can pre lose it with an amount you feel will be sufficient for your stay. The fares reduce from approximately €1.65 down to €1.08 approximately so it’s well worth getting one. You only need one per family (or couple or group). We also recommend downloading the Consorcio app, it gives you details of timetables, routes and fares.
If you want to go further afield you may want to hire a car, so don’t forget your driving licence.

With flights from most UK airports, Malaga is less than three hours away. Airlines to try Jet2, Thomson, Ryanair, easyJet, WIZZ. Please let us know which is your regional airport as we may have discounts for you. To get to the apartment from the airport, take a taxi approx €25 (up to 4 pbx), train €3.10per person, (May '21)take the local bus or hire a car. We let you know about the keys prior to your arrival. We require a copy of each guests passports due to the new regulations brought in by Junta de Andalucia (Ley 2016)
