The location is right on the water and the home was very clean and the perfect space for my family and pets! We were super close to Middlebury - very convenient location to all the activities we had planned. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect! Loved the location and the cottage was just what we expected!!

The cottage is half of another building. We did not hear the other occupants. The location is beautiful and next to the marina with good food and drinks. There are areas to walk near the cottage with lovely views of the lake. The cottage is well equiped. The beds are comfortable. It was clean. Check in was easy. The location while next to the road is quiet. The bar at the marina closes at 9:00pm. The only issue I have is with the loft. If you need access to the other bed the details in the description describe it well. The ladder is straight up and not good for elderly and children.

We had an excellent time during our stay. The location could not have been better, we brought our own kayaks and rented paddle boards from the marina. We used the kitchen and grill to cook most of our meals, the rental was clean and tidy and the perfect amount of space for two couples! Would highly recommend!

It was a great stay! Check-in was seamless, the lake is literally 30 yards from the deck. Amazing views of the Green Mountains.

great location, easy walk out the backyard to marina and beach yet also far enough back that we had privacy. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids under 8 and the adults ended up staying in the loft as it's a bit steep for kids or the elderly. The cabin was spacious, modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Super clean, amazing lake view. We loved the beach, enjoyed kayaking, swimming. Great place to vacation for our family if four. The kids LOVED the loft :)
