Really enjoyed our time there, was clean, great location and the owner responded to our questions quickly! Will stay there again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

We had a nice overnight stay in this adorable historic apartment upstairs from shops in downtown Bedford. The town is very quiet at night, which was a plus. However, I had difficulty sleeping because the main bedroom is very bright all night from the streetlights shining in. Perhaps some blackout curtains on the windows would solve this, or I'll bring a sleep mask along next time ;) The apartment itself is small and every space is well utilized. It's decorated in period furnishings, great for history and antique lovers! Some antiques are not the most comfortable for modern relaxation though. Hubby couldn't find a comfortable place to sit in the evening, the only options being an antique daybed or the straight back wooden chairs. He did admire the custom woodwork, especially the loft ladder/steps! I imagine the loft bedroom would be super cool for kids or teens to have their own space. All in all, it was fun to stay in such a unique rental!

Lovely combination of old and modern. The old building, the lovely wood floors, the footed tub (with shower, I should add) are wonderful. The electric stove, microwave, frig, dishwasher, etc. provide all the modern conveniences. The extra half bath was an unusual luxury. The downtown location made the town easily walkable for the myriad of shops and eateries. I have been to Bedford many times, always staying with friends outside town. Staying in town gave me a much better feed for this lovely community. When we return to Bedford, we need look no further than the Lawyers Loft!

Excellent location for strolling around downtown Bedford. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay-charming little apartment with everything you need at the top of a set of stairs. Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a complete kitchen.

Cool, historic apartment. Beautiful wood work and wonderfully appointed. Great views from the windows. Good food in walking distance. Super-cute!
