There's actually 1 queen and 2 full/queen beds plus the trundle beds. That was made apparent in the description. Please all...read the details. It definitely can sleep 8 if you don't mind sharing rooms family style, as there are only 3 bedrooms as noted.

About the neighbourhood
The house is located at the top of a cliff and set back about 100 feet and overlooks the hamlet of Callaghan. The property has 38 acres that are mostly wooded with some grassed areas near the house and in a few fields with trails for hiking. It is rustic with lots of trees. There is a lot of wildlife that appear on the property from time to time: Deer, fox, squirrels rabbits and many species of birds. The Interstate highway divides the property on one side and the old Midland Trail (Route 60) on the other two sides. Dunlap Creek borders the property across the road and the Cowpasture River is near by – and both have great fishing available. There is public golfing and a Recreational Lake available near by. There are many small towns within close driving distance for Shopping/Antiquing. ...
