We brought two of our grandchildren here as a birthday gift. They loved the caboose and thought it was cool to climb the ladder and sleep in the cupola. It was warm up there, but the fan helped circulate the AC from the main part of the caboose. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the fire pit and ate our dinner around the fire. The kids ( 10 &12) enjoyed the railroad crossing flashing light.
The caboose has everything you need .

We took our 2 grandsons on an adventure weekend in Natural Bridge, Va. This caboose tiny house was a perfect addition to our adventures.

Needed a place to stay for W&L law graduation. Loved the caboose! Back porch with seating and fire pit was wonderful!

We loved staying in the caboose! It was so unique and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the hosts providing firewood so we could make a nice fire to relax around at night. It’s also so close to Natural Bridge State Park, so we were able to get there early and best the crowds. We had an amazing time and are grateful for the experience!

Great location! Loved the caboose and the setting! The outdoor seating was a plus. Very clean and had everything you need for your visit.

I was raised in a house where the living room was converted into a HUGE elevated train board full of O gauge Lionel trains of varying types. Dad positioned the transformers and special action buttons at kid friendly height and taught us (including my son's) how to operate everything as well as maintaining everything. This C&O Caboose is detailed perfectly even down to the Chessie Cat pictures and the motion activated RR Crossing sign as you walk to the steps!! They've really thought about every detail of memorabilia included inside and out!!
