The Space 3 bedroom Pool Villa Chang: The Villa sleeps 6 Adults in 3 double Bedrooms. A Baby bed can be put into the Master bedroom on demand. (Max. occupancy 6 +1 child) Fully Furnished including Kitchen appliances and 4 Flat screen TV's, 4 DVD players (selection DVD movies available in the house) Private Swimming Pool in the garden (child safe) 3 Bedrooms (en suite) 3 Bathrooms All bedrooms with built in furniture, TV, DVD. 3 rooms with Minibar fridge. Large Covered Terrace with sturdy Table and 6 chairs. Air – conditioners all in Bedrooms and Living Room Free WiFi Internet connection in the whole House & Garden. Guest Access 150 m within the development to the Beach (Half Moon Beach) 200 m within the development to Khao Noi Beach 270 m within the development to Chang Noi Beach (2km of sandy beach) 300 m within the development to Pebble Beach 300 m within the development to the Pier & Coral Reef Snorkelling 500 m to two more deserted beaches within the national park through a jungle path. 250 m within the development to the Beach Club (Restaurant, Beach Bar & 40m infinity beach front Pool) 70 m within the development to the Golf Course (9/18 hole par 3) playable by everyone so give it a try even if your a novice or let the kids nave a go. 350 m within the development to the Golf Club House (club rentals here). 500 m within the development to the Water Sports Center & Beach Bar. 800 m within the development to Chang Noi Beach front Pool, and the famous Shambhala Beach Bar. Koh Chang's largest selection of cocktails, at the islands coolest Sunset spot with a swim up wet bar, so bring your bathing suit. (daily 1pm - 10pm or later on demand, closed Wednesdays) Shambhala Beach Bar also offers SUP and Beach Bike Rentals. 600 m within the development to the Marina / Marina Village / Marina Pub and indoor Games area (Pool Billard, Darts, Foosball, Table Tennis and covered Minigolf) The Marina Pub serves Pizza and Pasta (daily 3pm - 10pm or later on demand, closed Wednesday) 800 m to Ferry Pier (Ao Sapparod - Ao Tamachad) 900 m to nearest 7 eleven shop and gas petrol station. 1800 m to the nearest Village, Markets & Shops (Klong Son) 4500 m to the main Village of the island. Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment. (White Sands Beach) Interaction with Guests We own other properties on site and are there very often. So we will be around top assist you if there is anything you need. If we are not there or you have anything you need, please feel free to contact The Beach Club staff or give us a call. The Neighbourhood The development (Siam Royal View) has 4km of Ocean Front, 2km of Sandy Main Beach, several other small beaches a private pier with great coral reef for snorkelling. A 'defacto' private bay with 2 deserted islands within Kayak distance. Watersports, a Golf course, Beach Club and a Marina with Pub and Games (Darts, Pool Billard, Foossball Table, Ping Pong, & covered Minigolf, all in walking distance. Also just a short stroll down the beach is the famous Shambhala Beach Bar with Koh Chang's largest selection of cocktails, at the islands coolest Sunset spot with a swim up wet bar, so bring your bathing suit. (daily 1pm - 10pm or later on demand, closed Wednesdays) Shambhala Beach Bar also offers SUP and Beach Bike Rentals. Alternately flag down or call the Resort shuttle to get around. The nearby Fishing Village of Klong Son offers shopping and Restaurants. The main tourist stretch of White Sands Beach (4.5km away) offers Entertainment, Restaurants and shopping galore. Getting Around Rent a car or a scooter (The Beach Club staff can help you) Taxis available. (Order from the Beach Club) Free Shuttle Bus inside the development and to nearest 7-eleven shop. (Flag down the Shuttle anywhere within the development and hop on or call the Beach Club to send the Shuttle to you, wherever you are inside the development.) Other Things to Note We hope you have a great stay and we are available to assist you in any way we can. On site staff at the Beach Club are very friendly and help full. Maids clean the house 3 times per week and change both bath and pool towels. Bed Linen are changed every week and for each new arrival. Food and Drinks can be ordered into the Villa from the Beach Club. Minibars are well stocked and payable on departure in cash. Electricity usage is metered and payable on departure at a rate of THB 6 per kWh. (usually about THB 1500 / week with normal night time bedroom use of Airconditioners) Tip: To save electricity, switch off the Aircon when you are not in the room. Once you switch it back on, the room will be cool in 5 min. Close windows and doors when the Aircon is on. Set Aircon to 24-27 degrees. This is usually sufficient for most people as the major factor is for the Aircon to dehumidify the air in the room. Most people feel cold once the room is cooled to under 24 degrees. Many Tourists get sick due to Aircons being set too low. During Peak Season (15 Dec. - Jan. 15) minimum stay is one week.More
