Trullo
The property is made up of three old white trullos and a new building. In the trullo, smartly renovated and furnished, you will find a double bedroom and a sofa bed. In the newer part of the building there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a storeroom and a second bedroom. The house is equipped with a heating and cooling system, while the windows have fly screens. The path to the house stops at its very front door: this means that guests’ privacy is granted. About the neighbourhood
Alberobello is a town with trullos in the urban area (Rione Monti and Aia Piccola). Both are national monuments since 1996 and have been recognized World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Alberobello is the only case in which the architecture of dry stone, originally born in the country for the needs of paesants, is organized in a form of 'urban' by creating a real village. Some ancient trullos scattered around the countryside near Alberobello are also of particular interest too. Nearby there are other typical villages to visit. Locorotondo is a small village with circular shape built on the top of a hill. Martina Franca has a beautiful old town built with a Baroque style. Castellana Grotte is famous for its beautiful caves. We recommend you to drive along the Valle d'Itria, so you will be able to ...
