Disappointing
Apartment tired and worn Although you don’t go on holiday to watch TV, we would have liked to have had it on when we came back late afternoon to watch Wimbledon as we we’re getting ready for the evening, it didn’t work, even after contacting the company - Blue Sky Villas, we were sent a photo of handwritten instructions, it still didn’t work, I didn’t bother anymore but the principal is that a working TV was included in the rental price. The towels provided smelt musty and looked dirty, and what looks like a slug was on one of them, which was supposedly a clean towel as it was folded on the bed. We were a party of 3 but only one front door key was provided, we were told we could get one cut ‘over the road’ if we wanted another!! At no point were we told that the swimming pool cannot be used between 3-5pm Although this apartment was in the ideal location in Mojacar, DON’T book it, is very poor accommodation for the money

Un desastre
Apartamento muy por debajo del precio que piden por el. Muy malas condiciones higiénicas y mas con la situación mundial debido al covid que estamos viviendo: polvo, suelo sucio, cuberteria sucia, pelos en el baño, mascarillas usadas colgadas, sillas de la playa debajo de las camas... no tengo palabras para expresar la situación en la que se encontraba el apartamento. Las duchas no funcionaban correctamente, el agua caliente se iba cada dos por tres, la presión del agua era muy pobre y no se podían usar las dos duchas a la vez, incluso no se podía usar una sola puesto que el agua dejaba de salir. Hable con la casera varias veces y hasta el quinto día de alquiler no nos solucionó el tema de las duchas. Se llevaron la cafetera porque estaba sucia y la solución que nos dieron fue que la compráramos nosotros y ya nos lo devolverían, obviamente no accedimos y nos compraron otra.

Buenas tardes, gracias por sus comentarios, la limpieza estuve hecha el mismo día de su entrada y también ha vuelto la limpiadora como usted pedido para solucionar cualquier cosa que necesitaban. El tema del agua es una cosa de la zona y la urbanización que nosotros no tenemos ningún control de la presión lamentablemente.Hemos dado la opción para comprar una cafetera y devolvemos el dinero sin problema simplemente porque el apartamento es justo al lado de las tiendas y era para solucionar lo mas rápido posible, No había ningún inconveniente de nuestra parte tampoco para llevarla.

urbanización silenciosa y respetuosa con las normas
Urbanización muy cuidada y silenciosa, donde se respetan las normas de convivencia y para personas que buscan tranquilidad. Vecindario, fantástico. Apartamento bien cuidado, amplio y muy agradable. Solo añadir puntualización acerca que al estar deshabitado, mejorar desinsectación en interior (armario), reposición de sartenes en muy mal estado y atender a la limpieza de los manteles individuales. Por lo demás, genial.

We would stay again.
As a family of four adults we needed to book a 3 bedroom apartment for our holiday. The apartment we booked was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment close to local restaurants, shops, and bus routes. A minutes walk to the lovely beach and its beach-front restaurants. Our apartment had air conditioning, a well-fitted kitchen with washing machine, 2 bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. There is a lovely swimming pool on site and it is clean. We all had a great vacation. I can highly recommend this apartment and letting agents

About the neighbourhood
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars. The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays. Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets. Granada is one of Spain's most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.

Almeria airport is only 45mins drive away. Majority of cheap airline fly in and out of Almeria. Easyjet, Monarch and BA fly from most uk airports to Almeria. Airport pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates. We do however recommend that you rent a car. This will give you total freedom to explore the beautiful Almeria coast.
