El Coto within walking distance to the shops. 10 minute walk into the centre of Fuengirola & train station/bus depot. 15 min walk to the beach.
Consists of: Ground floor- Lounge/bedroom with ensuite shower room. 1st floor- Guest toilet. Lounge with fireplace leading to private terrace with good sea views. Enormous kitchen/diner. 1st floor- 1 double bedroom and 1 twin both with with ensuite bathrooms. Another twin with family bathroom. Terrace with good views of the mountains and sea
The villas also have large terraced area, private pool.

Was a little worried as saw one bad review, but having spoken direct to the really helpful staff at Marlin Global, my mind was put at rest.
This is one of 6 villas, some are permanently lived in (neighbours were lovely) long term rentals, and a couple are holiday rental properties. The bad review was actually for one of the other villas, which is now a long term rental (and has had a refurb since then).
Some of the photos do not do the property justice, the outside pool area is actually larger and nicer than in the pictures. Also the furnishing and layout inside is slightly different to the photos, but in my opinion bettter.
If you are a couple of families wanting to share a great holiday, for good value, this is for you. lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, balcony for sundowners when the kids are in bed, 15 min walk or €6 cab fare into the heart of Fuengirola.
Its not the most modern or luxurious, but its clean, roomy, well equipped and a great family holiday...
