THIS HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE, IT HAS 4 BEDROOMS (3 OF THEM WITH KING SIZE BEDS AND 1 WITH 2 SINGLE), 3 COMPLETE BATHROOMS (1 OF THEM ENSUITE) AND A SMALL ONE AS WELL. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO COOK, EVEN A BARBACUE OUTSIDE TO HAVE LUNCH BESIDE THE SWIMMING POOL. IF YOU ARE COMING WITH KIDS THEY HAVE PLENTY OF THINGS TO ENTERTAIN THEMSELFS, THERE IS A TENNIS COURT AT THE TOP OF THE VILLA WHERE THEY CAN PLAY TENNIS, FOOTBALL OR BASKETBALL WHATEVER THEY WANT, WE PROVIDE WITH DIFFERENT BALLS AND RACKETS TO PLAY. WE ALSO HAVE A PING PONG TABLE.
HOUSE IS REALLY BIG BUT I'M ONLY ALLOWED TO PUT 24 PICTURES IN THE WEBSITE SO I CAN'T SHOW EVERYTHING, THE VILLA IS BASICALLY A TENNIS COURT AT THE TOP, IN ANOTHER LEVEL THE HOUSE WITH THE SWIMMING PO...

Stunning villa
Just back from a fantastic week here in this amazing villa with my 3 kids who couldn’t get enough of the fabulous pool, the location couldn’t have been better the host and there family were so helpful, we can’t wait to come back again next year as we couldn’t wait to book it again

Wonderful villa
We had a great time staying here for a week towards the end of May/start of June 2024. This place is a hidden gem, it has so much space and areas to explore. It is perfect for families as kids and grown ups can make use of the pool or the sports facilities. The whole villa is of a high quality and clean but manages to still feel 'homely'. There is a supermarket close by and is in easy walking distance of the restaurants and other hotels nearby but still managing to be just a bit away from the hustle and bustle.
I would highly recommend staying at this villa if it is your child's first abroad holiday as they can build confidence away from the really busy hotels which is why it was perfect for our child's first holiday to get used with enjoying the pool. Most days it was warm while we were there so the pool was ok, it did seem a little cold to begin with but you quickly got used with it and could spend hours there enjoying it so there was no issue for us. I would highly recommend this villa to families with young children and would love to come back again sometime in the future.

Simply wonderful
What an amazing holiday accommodation! The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, large kitchen and living room. Perfect for our 8 adult family holiday. This property has been the best accommodation we have ever experienced as a family holiday. Also located close to PalmaNova beach and local supermarket. We would not hesitate to book this again if we returned to this area of Mallorca. Highly recommended. Thank you Lorena!

Beautiful villa palma nova 💗
We stayed at Lorena’s beautiful villa in August for 10 days. From the moment we booked the villa Lorena’s communication with us was fantastic nothing was to much trouble she was so helpful, She went above and beyond. The villa was amazing, it was huge! Fully air conditioned at all times! Just what you need with the heat in august. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds very comfy! Plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen was huge and had everything u needed if you wanted to eat in! What can I say about the outdoor facilities we had everything we needed and more! The pool was gorgeous the kids stayed in it the whole holiday! And it was cleaned weekly! The tennis court a hidden gem was a bonus which entertained both the children and the adults! The bbq area was brilliant, we enjoyed a few lovely evenings having bbq’s. The villa is surrounded in beautiful gardens and the views are lovely. I felt very safe in the villa, it was very secure away from the main road just what u need with the children.
The villa is in the ideal location about 2 minutes from the supermarket, a 5 minute walk to palma nova shops,restaurants and the beach! I had my parents with me both in their 70’s so the short walk to the beach was perfect! I’ve stayed in palma nova several times and this is by far the best villa I’ve stayed in, it had everything we wanted and more. And Lorena and her family were amazing she was so friendly and kind. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we will definitely be back! We loved every minute! Xxxx

Fabulous villa, fabulous location!
We had a fantastic "extended family" holiday in this beautiful villa. Perfect for all three generations. Brilliant location, accessible by foot to all the local amenities (shops, restaurants, beach) but set back far enough to gain privacy and stunning views of the mountains. Very well equipped, with everything you need to make it a home-from-home (plus more: swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, table football, gardens growing fresh lemons, limes, oranges, herbs). Lorena, the host, was great to communicate with when needed (e.g. to check on arrival and leaving arrangements) but did not "intrude" on the holiday in any way. All round fantastic time. We'd highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect Villa in perfect location
I arranged for an extended family holiday to Palmanova after visiting for the first time last year. Having never stayed in a villa before I was a little unsure what to expect. We we absolutely spoiled with this find.
The villa is in a brilliant location. It's about 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the centre of Palmanova but in a lovely quiet area. There is a well priced supermarket within 3 mins walk from villa and its literally a 20 minute drive from Palma airport.
The villa itself is beautiful. Very large and spacious. I wad surprised at how big it was both inside but all the gardens and everything outside too. The villa is very clean and has literally everything you could want including lots of things to entertain yourself with. The pool is a fantastic size and has wee steps leading into it. Loads of space around the pool including a large table under a shaded bit for those needing a break from the midday sun. It was just stunning.
Lorena the host is fantastic. Very welcoming and accommodating. She was there to help any time you needed it. Would definitely recommend with hesitation and would love to return to stay here ourselves one day soon.

Absolutely perfect
We have been visiting palma nova for 10years until covid hit and we had to take a break due to our usual villa being sold in lockdown 🤦🏽♀️ This forced us to find a new villa and what a god send it was . This villa is in the perfect spot close walk to the supermarket,beach, palma nova and magaluf . It clean , spacious and the owner is just a dream to deal with . We loved it so much we booked our next years stay while we were there 🙂 we took our children who didn’t want to come home 🤣🤦🏽♀️. Absolutely no faults with this villa .
I didn’t take too many pics but what pics I took still didn’t do it justice ! 🥰

Fantastic Villa!
We had a wonderful time staying here with friends! It is a spacious and well villa equipped with everything you'd need. In a great location near a large supermarket, local bars and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved the raised view and the outdoor areas, where the children played tennis and swam and played in the lovely pool. Lorena is a perfect host, helpful and quick in her correspondence. We all agreed we would visit again!

Amazing
Had a lovely stay. The villa was amazing. Was thankful for the pool because it was so hot, abit unbearable. Not too far from pubs and restaurants, but with the heat it wasn't a nice walk. Lorena was so lovely and very helpful. She couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.

Palmanova villa
We had a fantastic holiday at this villa, Lorena. We were immediately impressed on arrival by the swimming pool which was even nicer than the photographs. The house was perfect - large kitchen, spacious living room and lovely sized bedrooms and bathrooms with towels. The air conditioning was definitely welcomed in August. The tennis courts were an added bonus to have to play play the sun went down. Lorena was so helpful from the time of booking and was on hand throughout our stay if needed. Thank you Lorena. We will definitely be coming back.
