Alcudia Sunset is located in the most tourist part of Puerto Alcudia.
The beach is 100 metres from the house; there are restaurants, markets and a water park near from it.
Perfect for families with children as the garden is secure and the swimming pool area is very spacious.
Always, we prepare clean linen bath, towels and bed sheets.
The villa is suplied with different devices as oven, wash machine, dish machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, fans, international TV channels, so on.
If it is necessary we prepare a baby cot, its bed sheets and a towel for the baby/babies and a high chair.
We are working to keep our guests satisfied and enjoy their summer holidays.

Perfect Villa for family or group
The holiday Villa was lovely, the pool was perfect the bedrooms were great for 6 of us 2 adults +4 young adults. It’s well equipped and really nice layout as in the mornings you could sit out of the sun and have breakfast and then evening sit at the main table for dinner. There is a Lidl supermarket which has everything you need within 5 min walk. The beach is beautiful, sea is so blue and warm but I would say it’s more 800metre walk not 200 as described. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend, the owners were lovely, thank you!

Great location, great house, lovely outside areas.
The communication with the host is very prompt and helpful.

Blissful
Absolutely fantastic villa, so spacious and everything in it. Location perfect for water park, shops, restaurants and beach. Pool glorious and large area round it to relax in. Love the covered porch at front and big table for eating at back. Thanks very much, perfect for our family of 7.

Our bit of heaven....
This was our second time staying in the villa and the fact that we're looking at booking again for next year shows just how much we love it.
For location it's extremely hard to beat, and the layout of the villa is ideal. We were sad to leave and look forward to being back next year.
Highly recommended by us and of course Marga is extremely helpful and makes the holiday trouble free....😀

Fint barnvänligt hus med egen pool
Vi hyrde detta hus under 10 dagar i juni 2018. Vi var 4 vuxna och 2 barn. Rent och fint hus med allt man behöver. 3 ordentliga sovrum med bra förvaring. Sängarna var dock lite väl hårda för vår smak. Perfekt med ett rymligt vardagsrum med tv i anslutning till uteplatsen. Bra wifi så barnen kunde streama filmer på tv:n. Huset var rent och fint och hyresvärden (Marga) var lätt att få tag på när det behövdes och mycket hjälpsam. Mysig uteplats vid poolen, med soffgrupp och 4 solsängar. Tomten var perfekt, säker och inhägnad och bilen fick plats innanför grindarna. Huset ligger centralt med ungefär 15 minuters promenad till stranden.
Extra stort tack att vi fick förvara allt vårt bagage i garaget innan avfärd mot flygplatsen!

Perfect for us.
A truly wonderful villa situated in the perfect position.
We were completely happy all aspects of the rental, including communication from the owners and the friendliness.
We were so sad to have to leave and I think the best compliment to pay is that we want to rebook for next year. Hopefully we'll be allowed to do so. Thanks to Marga for an amazing stay.

With big hugs and smiles
Spotlessly clean throughout hot showers and baths
Ice cold air conditioning
Outside the pool was modern and safe and clean
I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and will sing it's praises now and in future.

Nice villa excellent outside area nice owners location just outside of busy area but close enough pool cleaned once a week and bedding likewise directions as per listing very enjoyable stay

Very Good
We found the villa very clean and had everything we wanted, the owner even left some supplies which was excellent. Location is good, not far from the beach and restaurants.
Perfect for families with children as the garden is secure.
Swimming pool area very spacious.

About the neighbourhood
Port d’Alcúdia is a popular resort town and holiday destination on the northeast coast of Mallorca. From about mid-April through the end of the September, Port d’Alcúdia is bustling with people who have come to have fun and enjoy all that this port and its surroundings has to offer.
The villa is only 200 metres from the beach "Playa de Alcudia": A long, white sand beach that is a popular holiday destination for families and young people. Water sports, restaurants, hotels and a Blue Flag award.
Hidropark (50 metres from the villa), a large water park that also features mini golf, trampolines, and restaurants.
Nearby Golf Alcanada is a fantastic and welcoming 18-hole course with well maintained greens, and a nice clubhouse.
Getting around
We can to move with many types of means of transport as urban bus services, Sightseeing City Bus and Mini tourist train. There are also many taxi stations.
I recommend hiring a car if our guests prefer moving in different towns and beaches and find out beautiful places to visit.
On the other hand, if you prefer stay in Puerto Alcudia it is not necessary to hire a car.
How to get there
Once you have left the airport, you have to move towards MA19 motorway. Afterwards, take the exit 3 to the motorway MA20. After a pair of kilometres you have to take the motorway MA13.
In this moment you will leave Palma to go directly Puerto Alcudia. This journey will last 25-30 minutes.
Reach the kilometre 47,5 you will arrive in a traffic circle. In this point you have to take MA3460.
In the next traffic circle take the exit towards MA3470.After 200 metres you have to turn left towards Avenida Tucán.
You have to drive 1,3km through this road.
Finally you have to turn right "Calle Falcó". This is our street.
