Beautiful apartment with amazing sea view on the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.<BR>The apartment is about 80m2 and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a living -dining room where you can access to a terrace with wonderful views of the beach.<BR><BR>The master bedroom has two 90x200cm beds that can be used separately or together to form a bed of 180x200cm, secondary bedroom bed 135x190cm and 140x200cm sofa bed in the living room.<BR>The terrace has table with four chairs and two armchairs and the living room has another table with four chairs<BR>The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and various cooking utensils. This apartment made our holiday.
This was our first experience of renting accommodation independently and after such a good experience we will be doing it again. The apartment was exactly as advertised and in a location which it is difficult to imagine could be beaten in Alcudia (the view really is as good as the photo). The location is also very convenient for all amenities needed for self catering. Rafael (the owner) met us on arrival and could not have been more helpful and friendly before and during the holiday.

Lovely apartment in great location
Just metres from the beach, this apartment was in a wonderful location and a very short walk to the cluster of bars and restaurants in the centre.
Payment and exchanging keys etc was quick and hassle free. Rafael was very helpful and on hand in case we had any issues (which we didn't).

Excellent Location - Stunning View!
Apartment was located overlooking the beach ( the balcony photo was just how it was ) and was only a stones throw away from the restaurants and shops. What a fantastic location! Apartment was very clean and had everything you needed, Rafael the owner met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly ( spoke really good English ) and was only a phone call away if we needed him ( which we didn't ). Bus stops, supermarkets and taxi rank just 2 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. :)

Idyllic position overlooking the sea and convenient for all amenities
Returned from a fabulous 11 days. We were met by Rafael the owner who was very friendly and informative. Apartment was as advertised, modern, clean and fully equipped. We were very pleased with out beach rental.

Perfect location
Just back from a fantastic week in Puerto Alcudia staying in this apartment. The apartment is on the first floor with a lovely corner balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony gets the evening sun and although it is close to the cafe's/ restaurants next door we were never bothered by noise.
The apartment was very clean and fairly well equipped with two bathrooms and a dishwasher and washing machine which would be great for families.
Rafael the apartment owner was very friendly and accommodating. He was there to meet us with keys, gave our deposit back before we left and was really kind to let us extend out our stay a little on the last day as we had a late flight home.
There is satellite TV and a DVD player in the apartment, but for English speakers there are only a coupe of channels, however there is so much to do in Alcudia that you don't need the TV.
All in all we had a wonderful visit and would have been very happy to stay another week! We hope to be back again soon.

Está situado en la playa con vista de la terraza a u jardín pequeño, a la playa y la puerta - estupendo. El piso tiene lo suficiente.

Apartment right on the beach!!
Magnificent position close to all facilities. Wonderful balcony with views across the bay. Restaurants and supermarkets in abundance.

Outstanding location for beach and local restaurants/transport
A great apartment . The view each morning is superb. Although next to the heart of Port d'Alcudia , it was reasonably quiet. I would recommend this apartment. Rafael the owner was attentive and helpful.

Paradisiaque
L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la plage et à proximité de tout (commerces, port, taxis...). Le logement est très agréable, fonctionnel et lumineux. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. La literie est très confortable. La terrasse donnant sur la plage est un atout majeur : déjeuner dehors avec cette vue magnifique est merveilleux ! Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation. De plus, Rafaël est un hôte très sympathique.

Very enjoyable stay
Very enjoyable stay in this apartment.The owner is very helpful and easy to contact and was on time to handover the keys.The best part is the of the apartment is the terrace overlooking the beach with its views and daylong sun.The living room is good size with same views .Kitchen is well equipped Bedrooms are good sized ,comfortable beds and plenty of storage.
Main bathroom could do with an extractor fan as it steams up even with the window open.Second bathroom with shower w/c and sink has one.The utility room with washing machine is very useful and handy for hanging up wet items from a day on the beach,There is a good selection of beach items left by previous guests.
