Solar Home with Beautiful Views and Fresh Trade Wind Breezes Villa Bahia Vista is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located in a neighborhood close to the town of Dewey. The villa is situated on a hill with fantastic views of the bay, facing east towards the trade winds which keep the house cool and fresh everyday. The house has air conditioning (bedrooms only), cable TV, full kitchen, private patio with a view, hot water and sleeping accommodations for only 6 people. Culebra Island is located between St. Thomas and Puerto Rico and is part of the Spanish Virgin Islands. Culebra Island offers more than 10 beautiful beaches, including Flamenco Beach voted the 3rd most beautiful beach in the world. No smoking in the house. Be considerate of the neighbors. Wash sand off using outdoor shower before entering the house. Air conditioners are for bedroom only, not entire house. Close doors and windows when air is in use. Turn off air conditioning when not using the bedrooms. Close the windows facing the bay when not at home.(sudden rain storms). Pets may be approved in advance and a $100 extra cleaning fee charged. 6 people maximum occupancy (strictly enforced).

Excellent place

Perfect rental

The view and large deck are lovely. The house was spotless and nicer than it looks in the photos. The owner and property manager are very responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen is well stocked.

About the neighbourhood

Villa Bahia Culebra is located in the Clark neighborhood walking distance from the town and the airport. The house has a beautiful view of the bay. No rental car required to stay here. You can take a shuttle to Flamenco Beach or walk to the two nearby beaches. However a Jeep or golf cart is nice to explore the island and all the beaches. Parking on site is available if you do choose to rent a car or golf cart.

Getting around

Most people visiting Culebra rent a Jeep or golf cart although it is not necessary. There is public transportation to Flamenco beach as well as taxis that will take you most places on the Island. Villa Bahia Vista is within walking distance of town town and the airport. Bike rentals are also availalable
