We have a self contained 1 bedroom unit with its own entrance and garden. We have offroad parking available. We are a 5 minute walk to the main road for public transport by bus that connects to the train and ferry. We are a 7-8 minute drive from Burns Beach , 20 minutes from Hillarys Boat Harbour. We have a good cycle walkway that will take you through natural Australian bush as well as a pine forest. The walkway is 14km long taking you around Lake Joondalup. We are between 2 shopping centres 3min drive each way offering up to 15 different food outlet options. It is truly seclusion in suburbia.

Via Mitchell freeway, off ramp at Burns beach rd. Turn right towards Joondalup dr. At roundabout take exit to Wanneroo rd. Turn right into Wanneroo rd. Continue 3km to Wallawa rd lights. Turn right and follow the road towards the lake towards Banyandah rd and park. Warruga is first left turn. We are on the corner.
