Upon waking a spectacular sunrise as you hear the music of the songbirds engaging in their morning ritual singing competitions. You will be drawn to the water, for a stroll on the warm sand, maybe head over to the local coffee house. Be sure to bring a snack and water as you will lose track of time and not want to head back right away. Sunsets are equally cherished, as you determine the best spot to watch the main event, Haena Beach, Tunnels beach, Hanalei Bay or out on the berm or in the water out front of house, you will experience a calmness and colors to lock in your heart, make a wish, dreams do come true. The property is located just a few miles from some of the most spectacular beaches in all of Hawaii: Ilumihai Beach, Hanalei Bay, Annini Beach, Kalihiwai Beach and Rock Quarry Beach to the East, and within walking distance to Tunnels Beach, Haena Beach and Ke’ee Beach to the West. Upon arrival you will notice the lava rock wall is a living art piece, with hand planted variety of orchids, bromeliads and other unique Hawaiian Tropical foliage, for you to enjoy. While you stroll through the property, your senses will be engaged by the sight and smell of tropical fragrances. The Orchids are recycled and placed on the Palm trees, in the lava rocks and hidden throughout the property, blossoming at random times with amazing deep rich colors. Be sure to bring your camera, they make great photos.

A fun activity our family enjoys is relaxing next to the pond and experience feeding the friendly and beautiful Koi fish with their spectacular colors. The fish will be sure to entertain you and beg for more treats. They don't know when they’ve had enough, so only small portions please. Food is provided for the fish. THE BEACH, location... location... location.... white soft sand, clear, pristine waters, a variety of colorful fish and ocean life. On any given day you can encounter turtle’s, spinner dolphins, seasonal whale watching, and the occasional Monk seal, so cute but do not touch, usually sleeping on the sand. Please note anywhere on the islands it is imperative not to disrupt the wildlife. Viewing from a distance is the local way, not to disturb their cycle and habitat. When the trade winds pick up, one can indulge in Wind Surfing Sports or for those of you who enjoy watching these activities, a short walk down the beach is home to some of the best kite board sailing grounds in Hawaii. If surfing is what you’re after, Tunnels Beach, a world-renowned surf spot, with some of the best surf on the planet, is 3 minutes north. Tsunami Evacuation Zone Maps – Cautions and Additional Info. Tsunami Warnings, evacuate out of the tsunami evacuation zones; in case of an “Tsunami” Warning, evacuation out of both the tsunami evacuation zones and the extreme tsunami evacuation zones. Note 2:Boaters should move vessels to at least 50 fathoms (300 feet) deep and 2 miles away from harbor entrances; follow all directions from the Captain of the Port. Note 3:Structural steel or reinforced concrete buildings of ten or more stories provide increased protection on or above the fourth floor; if you are caught near the shoreline, consider using vertical evacuation. Note 4:The evacuation zone is a guideline and should be considered the minimum safe evacuation distance. Note 5:These maps do not consider the destructive effects of a local tsunami.

My family needed a retreat this was a long awaited dream. We wanted a home that was on the water, we couldn’t have found a more perfect location. Views incredible, being able to go to beach so easily is everything when you have children. The house has everything we wanted. It was immaculate but yet comfortable the ability to come in and relax made our trip and Hawaii dream come true with memories we will cherish and we already want to come back.
