It is on the ground floor (3-4 steps) and in the back of the building; hence, it is very quiet and private. It can sleep up to three (3) people; two in the queen bed and one in the full futon. PARKING: There is no on site parking. Street parking in the surrounding area, when available, is free and can park your car up to 72 hours without having to move it. (see posted signs for street cleaning times) There are two parking lots with meters within one block of walking. It costs $2.00/hour (9 - 12 midnight). All linens and towels are provided; not daily maid service. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNLESS CONFIRMED IN WRITING. MINIMUM OF TWO (2) NIGHTS, THREE (3) nights for holiday weekends, plus a cleaning fee of up to 10% of the total charge or $75.00 maximum per stay; $500.00 security deposit and 50% of rent due when reservations are made and balance of rent due 30 days before arrival at the guest unit, via checks or money order.
