My wife and I have rented many different Vrbo's and we always enjoy seeing the personalities of the owners in the homes they provide. This is not a personal home, it is a part of River Riders. Although it is nicely remodeled, it is very sterile, missing those personal touches. The living room has a TV, couch, love seat and coffee table but no end tables or lamps. The TV is large and supposed to be smart but netflix, amazon prime and other streaming services wouldn't work. There is just very basic cable. The Wi-Fi was working. When I went to the River Riders office to report the TV issues, it was similar to when I checked in. They couldn't find anyone who knew anything about it. Finally they found someone who told me where to find the key. With the TV, I left a message but wasn't contacted back. This home is located on the River Riders property which gets very busy. The back yard becomes a parking lot on the weekend and their guests don't mind getting naked to change out of their wet clothes. Also there is a zip line in the side yard that their guests use all day long. Although this house is on a dead-end, the River Rider's buses and trucks run the road all day long from early morning to late afternoon. Because this house also sits down the hill from the main highway, you also get truck noise all night long. The beds are memory foam and so are very comfortable but the AC doesn't cool upstairs and downstairs the same. When the downstairs is comfortable, the upstairs is too warm. If you set the temperature where it is comfortable upstairs, the downstairs is freezing. The kitchen is modern and I did enjoy
cooking there. I hate writing such a negative review but we rented this house for peace and quiet which obviously we didn't get. I think their ad should reflect the busyness and noise of this property.
