The house location and amenities were excellent. We came mainly for the Assateauge island beach! So, the location was perfect. The house was very close to everything we needed.

Comfortable and spacious home with quiet neighborhood. Close to everything in Ocean City while enjoy peace at the resort.

The house was clean and spacious. The community the house is in is very good. Enjoyed the the poor and the club house in the community. The property manager was very responsive. Overall, 5 star.

We all loved the location. The bathroom with each bedroom was a giant plus. Took advantage of the pool and kayak launch. Road bikes (not a lot of traffic in neighborhood) and went to Assateague Island every day. Assateague got crowed but nothing to compare to ocean city. Parking passed required every day, but you can leave and come back using same pass. We took several trips to Berlin! Highly recommend.

Roger was very communicative about the property and amenities. The house was great and had everything we needed. Lots of room. The bikes were very useful. Just wish the weather was not raining while we were there.

House was Beautiful. The cleaning before We arrived could have been better. They should invest in a bigger refrigerator and should upgrade the kitchen appliances and utensils. Also there was only one trashcan out back for trash and we were there for 5 days with 8 people. Neighborhood nice, Neighbors nice, everything else was good.

Great house and is very nice having a bathroom for each of the 5 bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time at the property . Although we had a minor hiccup with the a/c. Roger responded to the situation quickly and fixed the minor hiccup. Communication with Roger was very professional and welcoming. The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely go back!!!

It was a nice big house in a nice neighborhood. We did have a good time, but we expected it to be cleaner.
