This is hands down the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable, house was well stocked, and everything was clean. I felt very much like I was staying in someone’s comfy home. There was plenty of space for our children to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a nightly delight. There is a train but I never heard it at night. Very quiet neighborhood.

Craig and Jan's home met all of my family's needs. The hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. We had no complaints about the property whatsoever. It's located a bit outside of town, so if you're looking for something walkable to downtown, this home is not it. That said, for the price and comfort of the rental, this property cannot be beat.

Other then mold on bottom of master bath shower curtain it was very clean. Very good location

The location of the house was great. 10-15 minutes from downtown. Great size house for a family of 5 and had everything you could need. The only negative is that the house doesn’t have any curtains so there isn’t a way to block out light coming into the bedrooms in the morning. Also the grill didn’t work properly. It wouldn’t warm up past 300 degrees. Luckily there are many dining options nearby. Overall it was a great stay!

Excellent property with quick access to Asheville and the surrounding area. House had everything we needed, and owner was very responsive to quick questions during our stay.

Had the opportunity to stay at this house while visiting the Biltmore. What a great location. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location even close to downtown Asheville. Nice surprise when we arrived and had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We had an issue and the owners were quick to respond and handle the situation. Couldn't have been more impressed. You won't be disappointed in your stay.

We absolutely loved everything about the house! It was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and was convenient to restaurants and the grocery store. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The views from the front porch are perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location just outside of Asheville - close to downtown, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore. It is a cute little neighborhood of craftsman-style homes. We regularly stay in Vrbo properties, and we have never had such a thoughtfully appointed rental (Biltmore wine to welcome us, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries, beach towels for the hot tub, assortment of family games). We especially appreciated the binder full of information, directions, recommendations, pamphlets and menus! Highly recommend!!!!

A nice place to stay. Within 10-15 min from almost everywhere we went including downtown. The hot tub was nice to come back to after a full day of walking or hiking.
