We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and there was plenty of room. We chose this area due to walking distance to downtown and were a little disappointed about the safety of the neighborhood. Upon checkin we were immediately told not to walk at night to and from the condo. This particular condo was very secure, code to get into lobby and garage, so we felt safe but were discouraged at not being able to walk to and from restaurants in the evening once it was getting dark. The location is directly across from a bus station so there are lots of homeless people (think like 20+) hanging out and sleeping right outside the lobby entrance. There was also an outdoor music venue right across the street which didn’t really bother us but if you were trying to rest or didn’t enjoy music it was extremely loud. The parking space was also pretty small (we drive a suburban) so be mindful of that. Overall these weren’t deal breakers snd we felt safe in the condo and had a great time! I just wish we had known a little more about the location and am surprised no one else had commented on it
