This is a great property that is in a great location. The property is in great shape with practically everything you need. We enjoyed it so much we rebooked for December. The only drawback is parking. The one assigned parking spot is not large enough for large vehicle (full size truck, Yukon XL, Suburban) especially if another large vehicle is parked next to spot which was the case. Fortunately the property manager gave us another parking spot to use. Walking a short distance to breweries is a plus. The location is overlooking Biltmore Ave so there is some traffic noise. The outdoor seating area of condo is spacious and provides some great outdoor experiences with a ceiling fan for the summer and heaters for the fall / winter.

Clean property and great location. Some issues…broken ice machine, spotty Wi-Fi, pretty noisy and the garage was quite cramped. Overall it was fine and got the job done.

Great location, amazing condo!!

This was a quick summer get away for our family. Asheville was beautiful, and this place was GREAT! Very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The location was great! Walkable for food, great PIZ-AA place within walking distance as well as other restaurants. The balcony was large and we spent mornings and evenings out there. Would highly recommend!

We loved the porch with heaters and the cleanliness of the unit. The only problem we had was a sink that wouldn't drain in one of the bathrooms because the stopper wouldn't come up.

Highly recommend to anyone wanting a modern condo within walking distance of Downtown. If you haven't been to Asheville before- parking is a mess downtown. I highly recommend walking the area- and this condo is about 2 blocks from the heart of downtown. Within 1 block from Wicked Weed Brewery (a must) and Orange Peel Music Venue. Condo is beautiful, modern, and the perfect size for a long weekend or short week trip (although in Asheville I doubt anyone will be inside other than to sleep!) with a beautiful outside patio with fans and heaters. My only con- which is not something the owners can change- is that the living room and master bedroom of the condo back up to a major street. There is lots of noise all night long so if you have any light sleepers put them in the second bedroom or use the white noise machine provided with the rental. Recommendations: City Bakery (Breakfast and Coffee), Pack's Tavern and Carmel's (Dinner/Lunch), and Sunshine Sammies (ice cream sandwiches)

Wonderful spot in downtown Asheville! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Definitely recommend!

The condo was very new and in a great location. It was about a 10 min walk to downtown, but there were plenty of breweries and restaurants right next to where we were located. Check-in, parking, and check-out were all extremely easy. We had a great stay.

Our family of 6 (including our young adult daughters and their partners) loved this apartment - the outdoor space is particularly expansive - spotless unit, perfect location to walk to everything. Having the parking garage is a plus. Highly recommend.
