We enjoyed our stay in the loft. The location was great, we walked to all the great restaurants and breweries in downtown. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean.

We really loved staying at the loft. Super comfy furnishings, tasteful decor, well-stocked kitchen, and overall cleanliness made this stay perfect! Even though it’s close to so many restaurants and breweries, the location is tucked away from a lot the noise and seemed very quiet to us. There are some homeless people hanging around in area (not panhandling), but that is going to be true for any urban setting. Overall we greatly enjoyed the atmosphere and the loft was superb!

Very high end finishes and centrally located. Host was fantastic. We will definitely come back.

We loved our stay at the Church Street Lofts. Very roomy for our working vacation. We walked everywhere all week and the options for dining and music are endless!

This was an awesome spot, perfect for us. We put our two kids (9 and 8) on the pullout couch. Next time it will just be my wife and I so we have the whole place. Clean, filled with supplies, and so close to everywhere you want to go. Only issue we had is we did not have the door code when arriving for the main door, only the condo door. But, one phone call and we had it right away. All good! Very Good.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking and enjoying Ashville. Parking wasn't really an issue given there is a structure less than a block away. The apartment is well stocked and matches the pictures - very comfortable and well equipped. Only two concerns that were minor. First, there was no coffee although the unit has booth a drip machine and kcup. A few kcups would be a nice touch especially if guests arrive later in the day and can't get out to buy supplies. The second was the fact the welcoming note with entry instructions left out the code for the outer building door. We had to sit on the curb with all of our bags for about 30 minutes while we attempted to call the property manager to get the entry code. Not a major issue in perspective, but seems like an easy and basic thing to correct. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay. Lots of space and a big balcony. Very comfy bed and the pull out couch was perfect for our kid. The location was very convenient to restaurants and bars. Plenty of places to park, but managing the street meter spots and the parking lots in the back were a bit of challenge. There are garages near by, but was too lazy to park further away:). I would def recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great stay. Location perfect. Parking in parking deck one block away. Very cool spot. Only issue was getting correct key code, but was quickly resolved with a phone call. Would recommend to anyone wanting to walk to everything downtown

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, only a couple things to mention to the next renters. The lock on the door doesn’t work properly, and the water in the shower is opposite (cold is hot, hot is cold). The water wasn’t a big deal once we figured it out, but the door not locking was an issue. We called the Turnkey phone number and waited on hold for a very long time, then left our number for a callback....which we never received. We ended up carrying all of our valuables in a backpack the entire trip! That was a hassle, but better than being robbed. Overall, great stay. Perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment, would stay again!
