Location and apartment layout - with roof-top patio - was most convenient for a COVID-era weekend visit to Philadelphia. High tech television was all but indecipherable for aging boomers without personal streaming accounts of their own (gone are the days of just turning it on & switching the channels). And foot safety was a concern with an enormous step down to the roof patio (ankles were turned), and extremely low - and sharp! - corners to an otherwise very comfortable bed. We learned to watch our steps.
