Quiet hours from 10 p.m. Smoking permitted outside only. No more than 2 adult guests. If you are a couple wishing to stay with a young child please let us know as we can provide a Pack 'N Play. For a young child we can provide an inflatable mattress. NOTE: We do not have a safety gate installed on the stair landing. For 14 day reservations, we require to take a photo of your government ID upon arrival. At the time we can only take reservations for 28 nights.
Our neighborhood is diverse with excellent views of Manhattan and deer roaming around. Eagle Rock Reservation borders our neighborhood with hiking trails and a NYC overlook with a 9/11 memorial. Montclair town center is over yonder with many BYOB restaurants! Whole Foods is in the shopping center at the intersection of Prospect Ave and Eagle Rock Ave, one mile away, 5 minute drive, or continue along the paved trail from Mountain Ave, our cross street, through the reservation to Prospect Ave.
Getting around
Rideshare service recommended if you do not arrive by car. Can easily walk, if you are a walker, to Whole Foods via the path that starts at Mountain Ave continuing through the Eagle Rock Reservation to the intersection of Prospect Ave. and Eagle Rock Ave.
