Located in the heart of Baltimore's cultural and historic district, Mount Vernon, our place is close to public transportation that can take you downtown, to Johns Hopkins Hospital or University, MICA, Peabody Institute, or the State Center. Great food and landmarks abound. There's plenty of light, and the apartment has high ceilings and exposed brick. Past guests love the modern finish. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Private parking is provided 2 blocks away. Easy commute to Washington DC, Baltimore County, and Towson.

About the neighbourhood
Charm City is called such for it's wide array of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is different in its own charming way, but IMHO Mt Vernon is the best! Walk outside and you are walking among 100+ year old brownstones. Two blocks away from the house is a public park perfect for dog walking, there is the free Walters Art Museum, the newly renovated Washington Monument, the Peabody Conservatory with its dramatic stairs and publicly available library. Walk around a bit and you can access over 20 art galleries, 30 restaurants and bars, the historic Charles Movie Theater, Lyric Opera House, University of MD, MICA, and the list goes on!
