The good: the place was clean, in a very quiet neighborhood, and in an excellent location - 2 blocks from Forsyth Park and 1.5 miles (half hour walk) from River St. Not a lot of parking, but Uber/Lyft rides are very easy to get. The AC worked very well. The kitchen was adequately equipped. What could have been better: stocking things like napkins, extra dish towels and hot pads, a bin for ice in the freezer, and ziplock bags or containers for storage of leftovers. As for furnishings - we could have used some extra blankets, privacy curtains on the French doors to the smaller bedroom, and a real couch in the sitting area; what's there is not really comfortable for hanging out or watching TV. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 2 doors to the main upstairs hallway: one that opens into the sitting room and one that opens into the area near the kitchen (main entrance). The one really awkward thing about this property is that in order to get from the sitting area to the bathroom or kitchen you either have to walk out in the main hallway to the other door or walk through the main bedroom. There are no other apartments upstairs, so no one else is using that hallway. Would I stay here again? Probably, as long as it was with close friends or family.

My friends and I stayed at this property over St. Patrick's Day weekend. The property is located on a very quiet street - parking was a bit of an issue on the day we arrived. There is one spot reserved for the building behind the property, but another renter was using the spot at the time of our arrival. Public street parking is the only other option. The property has adequate space, but the living room area does not have a lot of seating options and isn't designed to lounge in with others. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper as you'll only receive one roll for your entire stay.
