GUESTS / NOISE: If you have guests, please keep the noise down after 10 PM on weeknights / 11 PM on weekends. (Please, no parties.) PETS: As much as we love animals, no pets are allowed in the apartment at any time. SMOKING: Please no smoking. If you want to smoke out front, please throw away your cigarette butts.
