The Space Let us walk you through the villa. Bedrooms - There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - The villa has 5 AC bedrooms, 4 of which have a king size bed and TV. Living Room - The living room has seating arrangement for 20  people, with AC and TV. Bathrooms - The villa has 4 private bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided. Pool & Jacuzzi - The villa has a private pool and a jacuzzi. - The size of the pool is 18ft x 8ft with a depth of 4ft and can accommodate around 10 people. - The jacuzzi (not temperature controllable) is accessible at an additional cost. Entertainment - The villa has a gaming zone in the basement. - The gaming zone includes a snooker table, table tennis board and a poker table. - The basement also has a dance floor and theatre. - Children's toys are also available. Kitchen - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Crockery is available for 20 people. Meals - Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability. - For groups of 10 or more guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1300 for vegetarian and Rs.1500 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - For groups of less than 10 guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1500 for vegetarian and Rs.1700 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - All meals will be prepared in a centralised kitchen and delivered to the villa. - Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package. - In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted. - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates. Guest Access - The villa has 2 bars that are not accessible to the guests. Apart from this, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool. - There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. HOME TRUTHS - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - (JIO/VODA/AIRTEL nertworks) work fairly well here. - Even though WiFi is provided, (JIO/VODA/AIRTEL networks here) also work fairly well. Policies - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. And that’s it from us! A beautiful place

Worst Possible Experience
