This luxurious 3 bedroom waterfront home is 25 steps away from the beach. Located in the calm and quite gated community of Costa Pedasi. The moment you walk in you know there is no other spot you want to be for your vacation. You look out the back glass folding doors and you see the Salt Water Infinity pool and panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The house is fully furnished inside and out. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and large ensuite with both a shower and tub; while the 2 other rooms each have a queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower.
