We want to ensure that people with a disability have the maximum pleasant stay in the Villa. This 400mq Villa with swimming pool consists of two levels. The ground floor has one bedroom adjusted for those who have restricted mobility, guest restroom, large living room with chimney, dining room, bar and an italian kitchen complete with its utensils, fridge, oven, coffee machine and more. The second floor is the sleeping zone with Four Large Comfortable Bedrooms, and Two bathroom, complete with shower and bathtub. It also features a relaxing outdoor area with pool, covered patio, and equipped garden with BBQ facilities and traditional wood pizza Oven. When you stay at our Villa, you can relax by the pool and swim and dance under the stars. You and your guests have the entire villa for your exclusive, private use and pleasure. A clean bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is using automated solar power for the hot water system in Summer and boiler system in Winter. Features and Facilities: Luxuries : Log fire, Internet access WI-Fi, DVD player, BBQ, Wood oven for Pizza making, Penjoy a relaxing game with family or other guests in our extensive landscaped gardens, Amazing view of Umbrian valley, all only for you!
