Walk 200 meters to the Sea, the nightlife area is in walking distance. Check-in is flexible as we have key codes for you to let yourself in. We also accept language students either short term and long term :)

Enjoy the 49' flat screen TV in living area, and smaller flat screen TVs in each bedroom. Keyed locks on all bedroom doors.
There is an air conditioner in your bedroom which is operated on a pay-per-use basis. There is a coin machine which accepts euro coins which adds time for the air conditioner. 1 euro will provide approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on the temperature selected. The air conditioner has both cooling/heating function.

Free on-street parking with many spots available at all times.
If other guests are occupying the other room, please be considerate regarding noise and fair use of bathroom.
There is no daily housekeeper. You are expected to clean up after yourself every day as you are sharing the common areas with other guests. Toilet paper and Liquid soap is provided.
Guests staying longer then 2 weeks will need to buy their own toilet paper after the provided toilet paper runs out.
We have our own cleaner that comes in after you have left the apartment at the end of your stay.
The Security Deposit is never taken from your credit card unless we make a claim for damages through TripAdvisor after your stay.

A few minutes walk to the mediterranean sea! Short 8 minute walk to the aquarium and the world famous Cafe Del Mar which is open every night during the summer season. Short 14 minute walk to Bugibba Square where the night life is around the many restaurants and Bars. Few minutes walk to Trolleys grocery store or convenient store is just across the road from the balcony.
Qawra waterfront with shops is short 4 min walk, you will pass many cafe's and restaurants, so many to choose .Plus retail shops and Spa's.
Everything is so close.
Stroll the promenade and take in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea views
St Julians Bay is a 20 minute drive
Well known summer activities include: boat and beach parties, sunset cruises with barbecue on board, folklore village feasts with spectacular fireworks, morning and evening walks, trekking in the countryside, excursions to megalithic temples, visit to one of the 365 Maltese churches and to historical cities, nights at the Casino which is only a 10 minute walk, and much more!

How to get there
Its a short 4 minute walk from Bugibba Bus station. Catch the TD3 bus from the airport to the final stop being Bugibba Bus station, it takes about 45 minutes. I will send more details on how to find the apartment after you have made your booking.
To check in, you can use the keypad next to the intercom to enter the building, and the door for my apartment is the first door you come to when you walk up the stairs. There is a keypad to enter my apartment, we will tell you a few days prior what the codes are.
