All guests have complete privacy. Upon arrival, the room has fresh linens and has a fridge with soft drinks and bottled water. I do not service the room until checkout. I do not have a lot of interaction with guests. The room is comfortably nestled in a charming southern neighborhood with many nearby shops and restaurants and just a short walking distance to Midtown Arts Cinema, Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, and the newly completed portion of the Atlanta Beltline system. Public transit is also nearby.
WIFI is free and the room includes a small refrigerator with complimentary drinks and coffee maker with lots of coffee.. The guest room is non-smoking but smoking is permitted on the furnished attached porch.
If you like to walk, run or just plain relax, then this is the place for you. Just bring your running shoes, bike, or a good book. Relax and feel at home. 2 Night minimum stay.More
You may smoke outside as long as you keep the door closed. Late check-out is not allowed. Anyone checking out after 11 am will be charged $20 per hour with a minimum charge of $20.

This was a lovely room. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The fridge is stocked. There is a coffee maker. I would bring soap, shampoo, and maybe a few extra towels because there is no maid service. But at this price I can live without one. You...More
Virginia-Highland (often nicknamed 'VaHi')[2] is an affluent neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, founded in the early 20th century as a streetcar suburb. It is named after the intersection of Virginia Avenue and North Highland Avenue, the heart of a busy commercial district at the center of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is famous for its bungalows and other historic houses from the 1910s to the 1930s. It has become a destination for people across Atlanta with its eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and shops and for the Summerfest festival, annual Tour of Homes and other events.
