From the house and its spacious rooms, you can enjoy fantastic sea and mountain views, more impressive even if you access the infinity Pool with tropical design and palm trees located in front of the house. The Panorama Pool is located on the upper level and is open all year round. The sunbeds are free and there is no problem of finding always available ones around for you to enjoy them. The courtyard garden is located on the right-hand side of the house and the terrace solarium with barbecue is on the left-hand side. When the booking is confirmed, the welcome pack is sent with all the details and GPS coordinates to get to the shadowed parking places beside the house. The WIFI password, a small tourist guide with recommended activities, places to visit, restaurants, beaches around, etc. And for any issue I am always available as well as local assistance to help. The house keys are handed over in the house upon arrival.

We have stayed at the house for just over a week. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loo/laundry room. Showers etc all work well. The kitchen has all the things required to make family meals. Washing machine dishwasher etc all work well. There...More

The house is located in the residential area of 'Fuentes de Almuñecar' in the Tropical Coast, highly appreciated in the area. It´s quiet. All around are mountain and beach landscapes and its tropical climate, mild in summer and warm in winter, around 320 sunny days a year, offers the travelers the whole year option to stay. To arrive by plane in Almuñecar, located in the Tropical Coast South of Spain, you have 2 choices, via Malaga, which is 70 kms from this city or via Granada which is 64kms from this locality. The Malaga airport is more complete, since it practically has conections with all of Europe and the rest of Spain. Once in the airport, you must travel these kms by highway. Also along the Nacional 323 if you´re coming from Madrid or Granada.

To arrive by boat in Almuñecar you have three options, the nearest ones are in the port of Motril, or Malaga, you can also arrive through the Puerto De Almeria. All 3 are international.
