This lovely villa has the advantage of being in a quiet location yet it is close to all the facilities Javea has to offer. Set in an exclusive, green and leafy area of Jávea in 1,200 sq.m. of enclosed grounds and gardens, this spacious and superbly furnished home has many features that make it a very special place to stay. On the main level an attractive living room leads to the pool terrace; from inside the lounge and from the terraces there are fine, open views of the sea, Cabo San Antonio and Mount Montgó. The open-plan kitchen to one end is light, airy, and very well fitted out and equipped. On the same level are an imposing entrance hall, three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks. The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. A car is a necessary requirement for this property as it is located 10 minutes from the main sandy beach of Javea and various supermarkets.
