Summer outdoor living is especially well catered for with the south-facing furnished terraces and large, sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxation. The walled and gated grounds are part lawn and part gravel, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small trees. Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park of Javea. Within 5 minutes by car there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several points of interest with fine views of the rocky headlands and bays.
