Great place in a great location. Very clean with a great view of the Current River. Close to the beginning/exit point of any float trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Surprisingly spacious location right off the Current River. Only downside has nothing to do with the house. The river drops off pretty sharply at the Gravel Bar in front of the house. My recommendation would be to go into town and play on the shallower side of the river if you have smaller kids.

Place was clean and well stocked with everything you’d need! Great location on the river and easy to access.

My husband and I stayed in the condo for a few weeks. We had some plumbing issues that involved a plumber to come out two separate times. (One of the times was because we had no hot water.) However, the owner was very accessible and had the issues tended to very quickly! When we first arrived at the condo and started to put away our groceries, we found the refrigerator had not been wiped out. A few hours later, we went to use the microwave and found it hadn’t been cleaned either. It was nasty! Minor inconveniences when you have to clean your vacation home but not a huge deal. The cleaning crew just needs to be more thorough. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great current river location! This place was central to everything in Van Buren and also has a great riverfront swimming/hanging out spot. The extras that we loved are many, and include; the fan and the black stone on the by deck, the pop up wagon, koozies, water dispenser, cool up lighting in the main living area, and others I’m sure I’m forgetting. The only little bit of not awesome were the bed pillows. Would love to stay again!

It was absolutely amazing! Walking distance to the rental’s and the waterfall was over the top. It’s very relaxing to know after floating that you had an awesome place to come back to. We loved it and will be definitely staying there again.
