The loft was clean, the owners were easy to communicate with, and answered questions promptly.
However, we felt as though the pictures and description of the property were extremely misleading. While the deck was probably our favorite part of the place, the river is barely even visible though the trees. The river access/gravel bar is NOT at the bottom of the hill as you would expect from the photos shown. We had to travel down the hill, turn on a sand road that looked like it was meant for an ATV for .3 of a mile to get to the access. If you have children and/or a cooler, you should probably drive. But unless you have 4-wheel or AWD, I wouldn’t risk it.
Also, please note that you will be traveling down gravel roads for nearly 5 miles to get to the property which we found to be rather inconvenient. However, we wouldn’t have been as bothered by it if we had felt as though we were actually on the river.
