My husband and I have stayed here before, really prefer this VRBO to others. Very roomy for just us two. It is also very comfortable, has a nice master bedroom, kitchen fully equipped. It’s easy four us to bike, walk or run since we are so close to the river walk and market. It’s pretty quiet too. I love that the host is easy to get ahold off and quick to respond.

Charming and cute little home in a GREAT LOCATION ...
Charming and cute little home in a GREAT LOCATION - very close to Pearl, St. Mary's St. restaurants and bars, and the venue at Sam's Burger Joint (highly recommended BTW)! Very clean with modern appliances. Nice sitting area on the deck in back. Bet it's even nicer in the warmer months when the trees have leaves! Will definitely be back at another time of year!

The property was PERFECT for our family of 6 for a pre-Christmas getaway. The location is exactly what we were wanting, we walked to the Pearl district for shopping and dinner. We walked down the River Walk to downtown - great walk. The property had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable! Would stay there again!

The house was exactly as described for our multigenerational family vacation. We walked to the Pearl daily and along the Riverwalk. We were a close drive to downtown and shopping. Great location and home!

HIGHLY recommend this fabulous house! My multi-generational family stayed for two nights and we absolutely loved it! The house is beautifully decorated, so clean and is a 3 minute walk to the Pearl District. The owners were amazing and checked in throughout our visit to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were SO comfy (might want to bring blow up mattress for the futon for some added comfort) and bathrooms sparkling clean and newly remolded. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. I definitely plan to go back to this house for a girls trip in the future!

What a lovely home this was. The location was great and so close to attractions we wanted to see. It was easy to get on and off the highway so we could get to Lackland quickly. We visited for a basic training graduation. We felt right at home. Would stay here again. The home is gated so we felt very secure.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely little house behind The Pearl. The location is within walking distance of a number of San Antonio attractions including The Pearl, the Riverwalk and several museums. The accommodation of the house are perfect for a family or a girls weekend. There are dishes for cooking or a plethora of great restaurants to try nearby. The property managers are very responsive and the check-in and check-out was very simple. Overall, a GREAT place to stay. *** BTW, the bed in the middle bedroom makes a lot of noise when you move around. ***

This house is perfection! The location is just great… a very short walk to the always fun Pearl District making tasty restaurants, shopping and plenty of festive family fun almost right outside your door. It’s obvious the owners truly care about welcoming guests as the house is newly remodeled, very clean / fresh, beautiful decorated, and extremely comfortable. It’s stocked with plenty of daily necessities… toilet paper, paper towels , coffee etc. Communication with the owner was clear, fast and very friendly. Check-in and out was a breeze and we felt right at home. Also, parking is great in the driveway behind a locked gate. We didn’t get a chance to use the backyard but it looks like fun with a hot tub and grill. We will absolutely be back!
