Perfect place for 2 couples. Many places within walking area to eat and drink. Just be aware most of them are only open Thursday through Sunday. Uber rides around 10 dollars to get you to river walk area.

We came to San Antonio to see and experience the river walk. This place was in the perfect location. Easy to get around. Was perfect for us four adults. Plenty of room Appreciated the kitchen being so well stocked. The patio area was quint and enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the birds.

It was a great place! Very cute guest house with good use of space. The beds were very comfortable. There was a little microwave and mini fridge in one room and a great rapid charge phone charger that was very cinvenient

First off the Mansion is the best house I ever seen lol. The neighborhood is nice & quiet. Me & my wife enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice & relaxed. We enjoyed our first time in San Antonio. Everything was minutes away. Beverley did a great job at assisting us with any questions we had. She replied right away every time. Even tho it’s a guess house it didn’t seem like it. I would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect home if you have 2 groups - need a duplex. Fabulous back yard. Fabulous location, especially if you enjoy long walks via neighborhood or river. Convenient to La Tuna, Guenther House, Liberty Bar, Friendly PLace, Rosarios, and food trucks. Very quiet. Beverley is a fascinating person and with gracious and thoughtful hospitality.

Had a great time with easy access to downtown.
We were there in July, so extremely hot (over 100 everyday). Great outdoor facilities, but too hot to use.
Guest House was beautiful and well maintained. Host was gracious and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful carriage house with nice seating outside in several areas. Nice quiet community - enjoy an early morning or evening stroll to enjoy the history of Kings William District. Great communication with owner.
