Cute house. Plenty of space for 6 (Adults and 17/18yo 'kids'). Well stocked kitchen in terms of plates/pots & pans/ cooking items. They had a mirror in the bedroom which is nice for allowing others to "getting ready" while bathroom is in use. Close to downtown/Riverwalk Area - about 5 minutes by car. The house is close enough to train tracks that super light sleepers could hear it at night. I don't know that I would walk to the Riverwalk from the property, however.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this great location. It’s convenient to all the things in San Antonio. They cover ALL things you could need & do so in full size. Plenty of paper products & soaps. They also have trash bags, seasonings, and even ziploc bags. Makes it so easy to enjoy your stay without having to go out and purchase these needed things. THANKS for a great stay & for truly covering everything we could need. Our large family had a great time!

The house was very clean, very comfortable, and within easy access to airport and all San Antonio attractions. My first visit to SA and would certainly visit again and at the same house. Everything was as stated on the web site.

everything needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen fully furnished, nice great room area for family and large dining table. nice bedrooms for privacy and bathrooms good except hooks needed in hall bathroom for hanging robe etc. a few more towels would have been nice. We would stay again.

The property was not clean from the previous tenants when we arrived but Blake got someone to come within an hour to resolve this. They were quick but did use harsh chemicals while we were in the home, including an expectant mother that had to step outside in the heat to keep from inhaling the fumes. One of the guest beds was broken and held together with wood and ties. The gate was nice for privacy and security but was hard to open and roll. There were plenty of appliances for cooking. The location was far enough from the city to beat traffic but close enough to drive 10 min to downtown and see the sights. I would not say this property is “walkable” to downtown, especially in a Texas summer. The towels were stained and worn, looked to be very cheap and the amount of shampoo and soaps was not enough, we had to buy extra to supplement. Overall, we liked the size of the home but would not stay again due to the issues above.

Clean and comfortable furniture we all slept well ( dog next did bark some) we played cards at dinning room table late into the night. Very close to all attractions. We felt safe and Blake even checked on us in bad weather . We had everything we needed to cook could have used a large skillet. Very very nice place great bargan for the price. Japanese tea garden is free and a must see, dinner at cappys was a great meal
