This apartment was perfect for our visit to San Antonio for my son’s BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. The location was perfect - central to downtown/river walk, airport and the Air Forc Base. A cool area with local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed riding electric bikes on the path, checking out local breweries and the River Walk. We enjoyed the pool and everything the well appointed, clean, safe/secure apartment had to offer.

My friends and I wanted a safe and cute location to stay in San Antonio to celebrate our birthdays! This was the perfect spot and Jeremy was so easy to communicate with. Any issue we had, he fixed and made right. The trail right behind the condo was beautiful and just a 5 minute walk to coffee and some delicious restaurants! We were a 5-7 minute drive to the river walk and downtown area. We found boutiques to shop and great areas to walk and eat. Everything my girls and I wanted! If we visit San Antonio again, I’d book the same place over and over. So grateful for this place and how it worked out so well! Book it now! You won’t regret it!

The condo unit itself initially did not have enough towels, no dish towels, minimal dishes. There were only 3 chairs for the dining room table. We requested assistance with the TVs and received help, but there was no instructions on what streaming apps worked in the individual TVs. The place was clean and the owner was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and clean.
The pool area was poorly maintained and some of the doors did not function properly. Also the elevator closest to the condo did not function correctly. We were told there was a management changeover, but the lack of general maintenance of the overall building was sad.
Again, we enjoyed our stay, but the building issues need to be addressed immediately.

The condo was amazing! Great location to coffee shop, restaurants and breweries. Building is very secure. There is a nice walking path right by the condo and looking out the balcony you can see the river.

A few things to let you know about.
The apartment living room was not clean. The stove top was not wiped off and the black area carpet was very dirty with food and what looked to be pet hair. Cleaning company needs a real vacuum and the rug needs it! We paid HIGH cleaning fee and it was not basic clean! Rest was clean.
No hot water!!! It would get luke warm for 3-4 minutes and then turn cold. That is a big downer. You were very quick to respond and offered a different unit. However, a hot shower is a #1 necessity in June in Texas. Transferring rooms with 24 hours left and 2 teenagers would have really cut into our plans while here. Offering an extra night or discount would have made me a repeat customer but you did not.
Sleep: No sleep in one bedroom! The apartment below us left their large dog overnight alone for the 3 days while we were there. It barked non stop for 3 consecutive nights. We used earplugs and noise cancelling headphone. They did not drown out the noise. We tried contacting security at Big Flats as well as our VRBO contact with no help. If we had stayed one more night we would have called police.
Condo pool was dirty and fountains broke stagnant water and dirt in fountain area.
Basic sleep and hot water needs not met. Owner offered to switch rooms for us. But with 2 teens and less than 24 hours to enjoy stay it would have cut out our time. Owner should have offered a free night or discount but didn’t not.

Although the place we stayed was nice and the people I dealt with were wonderful there were some issues. The kitchen needs a non stick frying pan with mits to grab hot dishes with. It also needs real Brillo, extra paper towels and maybe some real towels. Some kind of cleaning spray would also help. We ran out of toilet tissue even through we asked for more iwe only got 1 more for each bathroom. And no tissues. We bought the ourself.
The place was clean but you still saw dust on the floors . All in all I would give it a B rating.

Great end of the summer stay in trendy downtown San Antonio neighborhood. Jeremy and his team were super helpful and awesome with prompt replies to our questions and concerns. Will definitely consider Stay Nixon next time in town.

The apartment was placed in a good location, near to the San Antonio River Walk, just should be cleaner! After they charge $ 250 usd for cleaning fees ! The balcony was very dirty and had sigarettes buds on the floor, windows very dirty, you could not see anything out. We was 4 adults staying and we only had 3 chairs around the table. Also need some kitchen clothes and more toiletries.
The TV was great as we enjoyed the use of Netflix, very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Overall very nice place to stay!
Will suit couples or friends and family.
The timing to receive the password for the wi fi and the enter code was to late as l didn't have any access to Internet l have to pay for my data connection before I received all the information for the check in.
