Interaction with guests
We have an on-site Spanish speaking caretaker (he's also good a charades) who can help with most things. He will have the house ready for you, unlocked with keys and rental packet in the dining room. He will clean the plunge pool and grounds daily and is available to help with a light cleaning if you are staying long with us. He will bring you fresh farm eggs if available and you are welcome to forage our organic vegetable garden. I am a phone call away and can help curate your stay if you need suggestions.

Getting around
You can take the Viva bus next door at San Juan. Experience VIVA’s three distinct routes, VIVA culture, VIVA missions, and VIVA centro, to connect with some of the city’s most-visited destinations, including the Alamo, San Antonio Missions World Heritage Site, the King William Historic District, Southtown, Downtown, the River Walk, Pearl, and all along the South Broadway corridor. VIVA culture offers frequent, daily service with extended hours and take you to, or within, walking distance of all of the museums and cultural institutions participating in Museum Month. We are also a ten minute drive to downtown SA.
How to get there
Right next door to Mission San Juan (a World Heritage Site) and across the bridge from the Mission Hike and Bike trail. Surrounded by national park land, you feel very secluded. Easy to find inside loop 410 with great access to all the major sites.
