Buffalo, New York
This tastefully decorated historic 1840's Buffalo home is located in walking distance just blocks away from central downtown. Tucked away on a quiet side street with a private outdoor space that includes a seating area and fire pit, off street parking in a private driveway, and upgraded with smart home features such that maximize my home for comfort. It's a great place to escape from a busy day to day routine or as a launching pad for a night out in Buffalo.

The house was beautiful and so clean. The Landlord was awesome and responded to emails so fast. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone needing a place to stay in Buffalo. So many little extras for their guest

We were in for a wedding and needed a house that could sleep a few extra. The house was very homey with plenty of amenities and recent upgrades. It is walkable to great night life and good food.

About the neighbourhood
Downtown Buffalo has undergone a radical transformation in recent years. On the north end, Ellicott Street has seen the development of a host of new restaurants, breweries and distilleries. On the south end, new hotels, eateries, shops and entertainment options are popping up along Buffalo’s waterfront at Canalside. All this excitement is against the backdrop of downtown’s historical landmarks and architectural wonders.

Downtown is the epicenter of Buffalo’s emergence as the city where all the cool kids hang out. Developers are re-claiming vacant turn-of-the-century buildings and lots and turning them into unique business ventures that are drawing visitors far and near. The positive energy is infectious.
Getting around
With a central location to everything in the Buffalo/Niagara region, driving is a great option to see the sites. 20 minutes to the falls or a stroll into downtown you are only limited by your imagination.
