Entire MARINE SURF WAIKIKI is a %100 smoke free property & all condos are non smoking units! There are no exceptions to this rule. Please do not reserve a condo if you can't respect this. Some of our guests are allergic to smoke and we need to do everything in our control to respect their comfort level. Smoking on lanais ( balcony ) is also NOT allowed. $250 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if smoke is detected in the condo upon your departure.

Bright, cheery and near everything.
The room (904) was bright and cheery, clean, comfortable and close to everything. The fridge was iffy as it froze our fruit and salads! It had been turned up all the way and we had not noticed that until too late. The place was clean and had extra beach toys and towels, an iron & board and a huge beach bag.
Two keys would have been better than just the one as I was grounded when my daughter went out to meet her friends at the beach. The whole building is very secure.
Having the room & parking info BEFORE arriving at the condo building would have been very helpful.
We parked in the wrong #904 spaced and the space’s owner stuck a very sticky large note with a threat of towing on the painted side of our rental car. If it were clear where we were supposed to park, that could have been avoided.
Overall, it was a very good and relaxing stay for both of us, with minimal noise for such a busy centralized area. We rented a full size SUV that fit in its FREE provided parking space just fine.
We would definitely stay there again next time we go to Waikiki. The central location made everything accessible to us.

Must love Waikiki
This is a studio apartment so don't expect a lot of space. That being said if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki this place is great. The parking provided is a must in Waikiki if you have a vehicle. Be aware though that 6'2" is the max height the parking garage will accommodate. The proprietors are very friendly and accomodating and the place was in good condition. Laundry room is across from condo and cost $2.50 for wash/dry. Security it maintained by key fob to access elevators. No dishwasher, plenty of appliances and utensils. Large Visio Smart TV with Netflix, VUDU and cable. 1 to 2 persons comfortable, 3 would be stretching it. Parking garage access is on Seaside Ave. Lots of places to eat and shopping within walking distance. Which brings up another point. Wakiki is a lively area that goes well into the night with music, bars, street traffic, sirens and such. Plan accordingly. If you want a tranquil palm trees swaying, waves lapping on the beach vacation downtown Waikiki is not the place.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking time to leave this feedback.
Tropical Studio , as the name suggests, is a studio apartment 396sq feet and it is located in the the very heart of lively urban resort of Waikiki.
Waikiki is a worldwide known "Las Vegas" of Hawaii, every possible convenience, excellent shopping and great restaurants on every corner. There is also a good amount of nightlife going on especially on the weekends.
For guests looking for tranquility I strongly recommend choosing different location on the archipelago for at least a portion of their stay.
Hope you had a enjoyable vacation nonetheless and that we will have a chance to host you again during your future visits to our island!

excellent for small family.
The owner, Nikodem, was very kind for our check-in.
Everything excellent, just like we expected, except ventilation system of the kitchen brought the smell of cooking from other room.
The duct of the ventilation must be connected with other room(s)?
sometimes it was good smell, but sometimes it was not our favor.
the location was very convenient and goo, too.
I would stay again for next occasion.
