Empfehlenswert!
Habe einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und kann sie herzlichst weiterempfehlen! der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und steht stets zur Hilfe. Er zeigte mir die Umgebung (Supermarkt, Strand), kochte für mich, half bei Problemen und organisierte alles was ich wünschte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und der Garten ist wunderschön. Komme definitiv wieder vorbei!

Nette Unterkunft, auch für längere Zeit
Die Wohnung ist tiptop in Ordnung und hat alles was man braucht. Ich war 9 Wochen dort, wenn es an irgendetwas fehlt ist der stets freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter Ajith immer hilfsbereit, kauft ein und kümmert sich um alles. Im schönen, gepflegten Garten gibt es eine Grillstelle, Freiluftdusche und einen Wasserspender. Die Lage ist zentral, zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten.

Amazing Apartment
I stayed in the Nethmi Villa for 1 month and would definitely recommend this place! The owner Ajith is extremely nice and always made sure that everything is fine :) He made the time in Sri Lanka and in the Nethmi Villa really comfortable for me and whenever I needed something or had a problem he helped me. He also showed me all the places I wanted to go to(beach, supermarket, temple, elephant spot) . The apartment is really nice, with an own bathroom and a kitchen. There even is a garden where you can relax in the sun. The beach is only 10 minutes away( with the bike only 4) and it is really beautiful there.

Wonderful
It was our second stay here, last year we had only one night, but we came back this year for 10 days. The house is located in a quite friendly neighborhood with only a few tourists. It has a lovely, very private garden where we spend a lot of time just to relax. The apartment was super clean, small but equipped with everything you might need. And Ajith is a perfect, attentive host, he was always there when we needed something, told us a lot about Sri Lankan culture, the area and (especially interesting for us) about the food. We enjoyed every bite we had in this house, Ajith is a fantastic cook and it was never twice the same, always prepared and served with a love to detail. If you’re looking for a place to slow down and feel at home, we can only recommend Ajith and his Nethmi Villa. Our next stay is already planned.

Wir erholten uns 2 1/2 Wochen in der Erdgeschoßwohnung . Gemütlich und Traumhaft schön. Sehr gute kleine Villa mit einen Besitzer Ajith, der jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Gutes sinhalesch Frühstück, sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht, echt super. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Amazing stay
2 nice nights on our honeymoon. an exceptional host, very kind and attentive, ajith has a very spacious house, clean. and ajith is a very good cook. delicious, with good fish and an amazing breakfast! The train station is in Bentota but Ajith came looking for us by car. the beach is close and accessible on foot. with ajith we visited the mangrove. A nice tour and we could see some aligators, huge lizards and different birds. thanks ajith, we don't Forget you. and thank you to sandjiwa who was our driver early in the trip. Merci pour tout, en espèrent te voir en France. Si tu le peux n'hésite pas de nous prévenir. Christophe et Manon

Good value for your money.
Very nice place. The rooms are big, clean, looks all new and the breakfast is amazing with different dishes every morning. Just a quick walk from the beach and Town center. The staff is very helpful with all you need. I stayed at many places in Sri Lanka. This one was the best. Just look for the white sign with black text on the gate, (I´ve made it) =) I'll visit again.

Nice comfortable and clean
We stayed at this villa for my 4 nights in Aluthgama and I must say it was nice and the owner was always available to ensure that we were comfortable. Recommend this villa which is walking distance to the Kanda Vihana temple and restaurants. Breakfast was prepared daily at the time we wanted. Nice courtyard with visiting birds and nature. Overall good stay.

Preis Leistung? Unschlagbar!
Knapp eine Woche verbrachte ich in der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und kann nur positives berichten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und das jeden morgen vom Eigentümer frisch zubereitete Frühstück war köstlich. Die Wohnung grenzt an einen wunderschönen Garten mit großer Terrasse auf der es sich wunderbar vom "stressigen Strandleben" entspannen lässt ;-) Ein Grill für BBQ's ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer im Urlaub mehr sehen möchte als Strand und Meer, für den liegen Informationen mit Anregungen für Ausflüge und Touren bereit. Ein Tuc Tuc Service steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Mein Fazit: Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in Sri Lanka in familiärer Atmosphäre. Mein nächster Aufenthalt hier ist bereits geplant. Ich komme wieder!
