Appartamento spazioso dotato di balcone vivibile e tutto il necessario, vicino al centro, zona tranquilla. Consigliato!

Ottimo residence a due passi dal centro in una zona tranquilla, moderno e funzionale.
Zona molto tranquilla, è in un vicolo, quindi il traffico non esiste. Ottimo il parcheggio "riservato", purchè venga rispettato dai "vicini". Il centro si trova a due passi, sempre in zona si trovano piccoli market, e perfino un china shop quasi sotto casa. Nel caso vi serve qualcosa all'ultimo sicuramente potrete trovarlo li.
Locale moderno e fresco, tutto pulito, ben fornito anche di utensili per la cucina. Qui troverete anche una lavastoviglie! Ottimo direi, senz'altro è la prima volta che mi capita. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, sicuramente da prendere in considerazione.

L’appartamento è in Posizione strategica ed è dotato di tutti i comfort! I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili ci hanno fatto vivere l’arcipelago da veri maddalenini!!! È stato un soggiorno strepitoso!! Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore a Maddalena ❤️
