House Rental
This is a seaside theme house. It can easily hold a family of 6. We offer a fully furnished home with A/C in each room, a functional kitchen, a dinning area that seats 6.
It is located in a gated community with security. We are approximately 3 minutes from Burrwood Beach, and just minutes outside of the Historical Town of Falmouth. We are 20 minutes from Montego Bay Airport. We are situated on the North Coast near most tourist attractions.

Charming and Relaxing
Charm's B&B was more than I expected. The host, Charmette greeted us upon arrival with a warm smile. She was very helpful, and you can tell that she takes pride in her location. Everything was clean and inviting. Not to mention her cooking was delicious! If staying in the Falmouth area, I would recommend giving Charm's B&B a try.

Beautiful property near the beach
The property is amazingly clean, well kept and looks as good if not better than the photos. You won’t be disappointed when choosing this property, Charmette is a gracious host and her breakfast was delicious and filling. Each room was comfortable and nicely decorated. I really felt like I was at home and would definitely stay here again! It was also close to a great beach ( within 5 min drive) and many activities such as river rafting, glistening waters, zippling, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios).

Sun and Sand
Had a great time. The place was well kept, quiet, and nice. The host was welcoming and surely can cook Jamamican dishes. Loved her ackee and saltfish breakfast. Would definitely go back and would recommend it...

Cozy, comfortable, and welcoming!
My boyfriend and I stayed with Charmette at this wonderful bnb in Jamaica! Charmette greeted us with a big hug and a smile and totally opened her home to us. She made big, delicious breakfasts while we stayed with her, offered us advice on food and activities, shared some sweet stories with us, and was super generous with her home. We were given some privacy as well to relax in our room. We felt so comfortable, welcomed, and touched. Our room was calming, clean, cozy, and comfortable. On top of all that, it was very affordable. The home and neighborhood was safe and quiet. The wifi was a little slow, but Charmette mentioned it was being upgraded- so no worries! Charms bnb was a super short drive to some restaurants, a lagoon activity, a day spa, and the coast- all things we got to enjoy! My boyfriend and I did a lot of driving to do different activities around the island, so we may suggest a car rental (if you're comfortable driving). In addition to the lagoon, spa, and restaurants in the area, we would recommend checking out Doctor's Beach and the shop area around it, Dunns River Falls, Turtle River, and Green Grotto Caves. We had an amazing trip, and Charmette and Charms bnb really made it so much more special. We would absolutely recommend this. Thank you thank you Charms bnb!

Very cozy and welcoming place to stay
We stayed at this bnb for five days and had a very good time. The host was very friendly and welcomed my girlfriend and I with a smile and hug.
Our room was small but had a nice bathroom attached and it's own door to the outside.
The house is located in a gated community and feels like a safe and comfortable place.
The next time we go to Jamaica we will probably be staying here.

Warm, comfy and Clean BnB
My stay was amazing and comfy! The location is accessible to the beach and nearby attractions. Charm is very welcoming and her breakfast is super delicious! I was most impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality. Can't wait to book again!

Excellent place to stay
I have stayed here several time and it is always a pleasure. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a private place to stay in ja. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Located across the street from great local beaches and not to far from Montego Bay and Ochoa rios. Mrs. Charm is an awesome host.

Charms B&B
My family and I visited Charms B&B and found it more than charming ! The hostess is a gracious loving person who goes out of her way to accommodate the guests.We were given a very welcoming feel and our stay was extremely pleasant and memorable ! It is one of the most wonderful experiences we had ! Our children found the hostess to be so friendly and caring ! And they till today miss and appreciate her kindness !

This family of 6 is such a warm loving family! I would highly recommend them to any host. They made my job as a host so enjoyable. It certainly was my pleasure to do all I could to make their stay an enjoyable and a memorable experience .

About the neighbourhood
Florence Hall neighborhood is a gated community who's resident are from other countries such as America, England, Canada which are displayed by the many flag at the gates. To get inside the gates you will need a gate access card or contact the security guards. Inside you will find a commercial area that have a doctor's office, grocery store, and other variety shops. Charmsbnb is located on a cul-de-sac street that is away from regular traffic flow, which allows our guests to have a quiet stay.

To get there from Montero Bay's Airport (MBJ). Take highway A1 east for approximately 20 minutes. Take the exit for Clarke's town/ Falmouth Muli-Purpose Stadium. Make a left into the Florence Hall second entrance where we will meet you. From Kingston. Take highway towards Montero Bay for approximately 2 1/2 hrs. Take exit for Clarke's Town/Falmouth Multi-Purpose Stadium. Make left into second gate and we will meet you.
