The white interior and balcony spaces and wide, polished floor are reminiscent of a Greek island dwelling. The beautiful art deco ceilings and funky black and white interior furnishings make this an ideal, restful holiday retreat. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) The Neighborhood: Bronte is a unique location for surfers, swimming, coastal walking, picnicking in the park and simply relaxing by the sea. It is well serviced by frequent buses to Bondi Junction and metro to the CBD. Bronte has a happy vibe and the locals are very friendly and welcoming to visitors. The park and coastal walks are Sydney treasures. Bronte is a vibrant suburb with a great ocean beach, 635 km from Sydney CBD. There is a very popular cafe strip at the beach. Clifftop walks north lead to Tamarama and Bondi and south to Clovelly, Gordon's Bay and Coogee. Transport to the City is easy (15 min to Bondi Junction, then 10 min to City). Getting Around: Buses service the terminal by the seafront in Bronte and drop passengers at the metro line to the city. 2 hour parking spots cover the lower end of Bronte beach and no-limit parking is available about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Other Things to Note: All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. *Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Interaction with Guests: We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked.
